1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
To ensure fairness and product safety, returns and exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- The issue is reported within 7 days from the date of receipt.
- The item remains unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Please note that, due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened, used, or tampered with.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
If your order meets the above criteria:
- Contact our Customer Care team at Inquiries@anewmax.com within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
- Include your order number, clear photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue.
- Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and provide guidance for return or replacement.
3. Return Shipping & Processing
- Approved returns will receive a return shipping label or instructions from our team.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, a replacement or refund will be issued within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
4. Important Notes
- Anewmax reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our hygiene or safety standards.
- Products purchased through unauthorized retailers or resellers are not eligible for return or refund.
- For items purchased as part of a set or promotion, the full set must be returned intact.
- We are unable to process exchanges for products purchased during final sale or limited-edition promotions.
